If you saw a truck drive past you on the motorway with a caged up naked woman in the back, screaming for help – what would you do? Zakes and his girlfriend Beth are faced with this predicament one rainy night as they venture down the busy highway. As the truck stops, Zakes gets out and tries to push open the roller door but can’t seem to budge it and instead, decides to take a photo of what’s inside.

The pair stop at a service station after contacting the police who it seems, don’t want to take their story seriously. As Zakes deals with the ever-increasing tension between him and Beth, Beth leaves him and walks away angry. Meanwhile, Zakes is having even more issues trying to finish off his work for the evening when he suddenly realises that Beth has not returned. Zakes notices the same truck he saw on the highway leaving the service station and suddenly realises that his girlfriend Beth has also been abducted.

What ensues is a frantic cat-and-mouse race of survival between Zakes and the abductor but little does Zakes know, there’s more going on at the service station than he realised.

Hush is beginning-to-end adrenaline and excitement. If you’re not sitting upright in your chair without flexing a muscle watching this, you’re definitely not in the mood for the non-stop thrasher paced spectacle that unfolds. Hush is nail-biting thriller suspense not to be missed. It’s great, great viewing and another fine dvd from Madman.
