Moon – Movie Trailer

I’ve always really liked Sam Rockwell. I think the guy can really act and it’s great that he’s getting a good opportunity in this movie to show off what he’s capable of.

When I first heard about this movie, I was intrigued because I’m a big sci-fi fan but also because I enjoy movies about self-discovery and the experiences of human beings on a psychological level. I also really dig movies that have that element of ‘fear’ to them that you just can’t quantify. You know it’s there but you’re not sure why it is. I think Moon is alot like this, a movie about a man who gives up three years of his life to live on the Moon totally isolated from human contact and then makes a shocking discovery that turns his world (or what’s left of it) upside down.

I’m looking forward to this but I’m unsure of the world-wide release beyond the film festival release date. Either way, I highly recommend to see it when it does.
